- What is Thenx Athletes? Today I will show you a six pack abs workout you can do anywhere. And this exercise is gonna be perfect for beginners because a lot of these moves are exercises you can only get into and you don't really have to have any prior knowledge of how to do it. These are pretty basic moves, yet very effective when it comes to burning fat and getting a six pack ab.
Best of all, all of these exercises require zero equipment, all you need is your body, ground, and gravity and you're good to go. Now, this routine I have created for you guys will have a mixture of fat burning exercises, ab sculpting exercises and we will use different exercises to target different areas of our abs. The abdominals are a very large muscle group, who would need lots of different types of exercises to target every area, upper abs, lower abs, middle abs or obliques, and everything else in between. So, to be really aesthetic, you have to target all aspects of that muscle group.
And of course, we're gonna incorporate fat burning exercises burning that layer of fat right from our abs to make them really appear and make them more aesthetically pleasing. And best of all, this ab routine will work your core super strong. These are the same exercises that I started with and still use to this day. So, with the right nutrition and workout I'm right to show you guys, no matter if you're a beginner or advanced, these exercises will make you shred and best of all, you can do it anywhere, so there's absolutely no excuse. So let's go do this together guys. are you ready? The first exercise is will be high knee taps. We're going for 45 seconds, 15 seconds. Let's go to it. Make sure you stay breathing, guys.
Just regulate that breathing and that's going to become a piece of cake So, we're now getting the whole body moving, getting the heart rate going and starting to burn fat and that's going to take our body ready too so that when we move on to those harder core exercises, it's really It will take a stronger effect because we get everything. Hoo. Okay. Next one we have, the Russian twists. Let's go to that. So, raise your legs, keep those legs straight, touch one side, touch the other side. Keep this core tight, regulating this breathing. Don't give up, guys, we 're just getting started. Skip yourself if you can go fast, challenge yourself, go for it. If you can just go slow, take it easy, in the end you're gonna get much better at this. The most important thing is to make sure that your form is on point and everything else you will submit.
But we're going to six-pack abs, baby. Keep these cores tight. Okay. Our next exercise is the leg raise. Are you ready for that? Let's go to it. Well, so all the way up, all the way. You want to come to about six inches off the ground. But, make sure you are on the road and all the way. Keep these legs straight. There we go. Almost there guys. Five seconds three, two, there we go. Okay. Next step, you have a hip raise. Well, here we go guys. This step, shape is everything. Legs straight, tight, tight together, you're going to bring them in, and then you have to bring your body up, back down , straight up, let's go for it. Form is everything in this one, guys. Keep this breathing. Hoo. Okay.
Now I'm starting to feel it, hopefully. Alright, so next we have the flutter kicks. Let's go to this. Legs straight, core tight from this position, one foot, one leg down. So, this is an excellent move to tighten that core, strengthen that core and also burn that fat. This is one of my favourites. I literally started off on the move here. This is one of the first I've ever done for an abs. This is one of those excellent moves that target this lower core. This is usually one of the hardest places to hit. Ok, now let's go for some plank. We'll now use a different angle to target those abs, okay? And also, Flex is different too. Let's go to that. Going to the plank, we get one knee and pull back, another one up and back down. Let's go to it. It's all about control, keeping that core tight all the time guys never loosen it, that's the most important part.
Get those knees okay. Now, we'll switch again. Hit another angle. We'll go with a chair seat so, from this position, you want to keep your legs, that way you're automatically engaging this core and we want to put the hands, let's start one side first. Activate this kernel. Keep this core tight. Stay on your feet. This one is a peeler dad, guys.
If you do this with me, hang in there, we're almost there, regulate this breath. When you guys go up, try to go up, try to touch the ceiling, you guys really want to reach for it. Here we go, we're almost there. Okay. So, the next one we'll go to sits in and out. Another different angle we'll go straight to, this keeps the core tense and brings them right back in. ok guys? Let's go to. Make sure to go all out, all the way in. Form is everything. Especially if there are a lot of beginners watching this now, you want to start with perfect shape because you will grow out of perfect shape. If you start with a sloppy you will grow out of this sloppy shape you don't want to. If you need to stop, stop and take that break, but keep it up don't give up no matter what, okay? We will build this discipline. This is also important to work out. Because you're only good while you keep pushing, so with that, we'll move on to the last exercise, guys.
We have a jump jump. This would really end the work here. Bring us that next six pack. here we are. So here's the last exercise guys. Push it as hard as you can. This one you don't want to stop. You want to give this all you got in this past, this last exercise. Build this discipline. This is what will first allow you to go on the extra reps, go on that extra time. And in the end, your strength will catch up with you, you will advance by leaps and bounds but, it's all in the mindset. We are almost there. Almost reached. here we are. Five seconds. Hard, hard, hard. Aah. Okay. So, there you have it. One round for those six-pack abs, a routine you can do anywhere. Great for beginners cause you don't need any equipment, as well as the exercises being so simple, anyone can do them, yet very effective. Because they are the ones I started with and the things I still do to this day.
